Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of AvisRadar, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for competitive intelligence and Google Maps review monitoring, operated by Volkov-DE.

AvisRadar provides automated Google Maps review monitoring for businesses. The service includes:

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice by email.

5. Free Trial

A 14-day free trial is available with no commitment. A valid payment method (credit card) is required at registration via Stripe, but no charge is made during the trial period. If no paid subscription is activated after 14 days, access to the service is suspended and no amount is charged.

6. Account Registration

Users register by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is personal and may not be shared.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. No banking data is stored on our servers.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (as transposed into Irish law), consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, send an email to hello@avisradar.app. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period with the express consent of the consumer.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period.

AvisRadar strives to ensure 24/7 service availability. However, interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. AvisRadar is not liable for downtime caused by external factors (hosting provider, third-party data sources, internet outages).

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, and generated reports remain the property of AvisRadar. Customers are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service within the scope of their subscription.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Irish law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

AvisRadar reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
