At AvisRadar, we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.
1. Data collected

2. Review data sources
AvisRadar only collects public reviews available on Google Maps via third-party services (Apify, Outscraper). No private data is collected. Reviews are public information accessible to any internet user.
3. AI processing
Collected reviews are analyzed by the Claude API (Anthropic) to generate reports. Data is sent to Anthropic solely for processing and is not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing of the request, in accordance with their API usage policy.
4. Data sharing
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. It is only transmitted to sub-processors necessary for the operation of the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI report analysis
- Apify / Outscraper — public review collection
- Resend — email delivery (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Railway — application hosting
5. Security
- JWT authentication in httpOnly cookies (no localStorage)
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- HTTPS required in production
- No API keys stored client-side
- Rate limiting and anti-bot protection
6. Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct your information
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and all your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — object to the processing of your data

7. Cookies
AvisRadar only uses a technical authentication cookie (JWT httpOnly), strictly necessary for the service to function. No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies are used.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. In case of a substantial change, users will be notified by email.
